Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all parts, accessories, and original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective:
Opened or used food preparation appliances (e.g., blenders, mixers, cookware)
Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
Final sale items, unless otherwise stated

Await approval – we will review your request and send a Return Authorization if eligible.
Ship the item back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or defective items.
Inspect and process – once received, we will inspect the item and notify you of your refund status.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
