All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another notification when it has shipped.

Shipping Times & Delivery

Once your order ships, the estimated delivery time is 6 to 12 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any customs processing for international orders.

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier processing, weather, or customs inspections.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. At checkout, you will be able to confirm if we deliver to your address. Some remote locations may have limited service or longer delivery times.

Taxes & Duties (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the United States, you may be responsible for paying any applicable import taxes, duties, or customs fees. Tracking Your Order

Failed Delivery & Address Issues

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur an additional shipping fee.

To avoid delays, please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

bydashmall is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If you have concerns about porch piracy or secure delivery, we recommend using a business address or requesting a signature upon delivery if available in your region.
